About Time Tracker
First choose the type of care under which you are billing.
Then enter the start and end times. Times must be in 15-minute increments
using 4-digit 24hour time (eg 0915 for 9:15am or 1715 for 5:15pm).
You can change the date(s) if you want. No spaces or symbols are allowed
between date, month, or year. Total time cannot exceed 24 hours.
Press "OK" after entering new date or times.
Tap or click on the radio buttons to indicate how you spent each 15-minute block.
- Dir = Direct Clinical Time
- Ind = Indirect Clinical Time
- Trv = Travel Time
- Adm = Administrative/QI Time
- Exc = Excluded Time - break time or already paid by another party
By default the schedule opens with "Dir" time blocks starting every 15 minutes
You must click or tap the corresponding radio buttons to change the
time blocks to a different type of care or exclude it as appropropriate.
Some old browsers or mobile phones may not display the times and buttons in correct alignment.
If this happens, update your browser or try a different device.
This app is only suitable to physicians eligible to bill under the
Longitudinal Family Physician Payment Model
and who can adapt their professional
schedules to 15 minute blocks of time accordingly.
