Questions you should ask:
- Is this test relevant?
- Has the test been compared to a true gold standard?
- Was normal or negative defined?
- Were the subjects appropriately selected?
- Is the study setting relevant?
- Is the test reproducible?
- Has the test been placed in the context of other tests in the diagnostic workup?
